We are the largest company at Bear Lake providing
recreation with 6 rental shop locations. We hire a group
of 25-30 wonderful employees each summer to staff the 6
locations. (MAP) We have a lot of employees return
and many that end up forming lasting friendships.
-
We look for individuals who are committed to working the
whole summer, who are hard-working, honest, responsible,
dependable, friendly, good with people, and can learn
quickly on the job the necessary skills through the
training we provide.
-
The job can be considered a fun job, but there is a lot
of work and responsibility that goes along with it. Our philosophy is “work
hard, play hard”. If you are looking for a job where you
can do the minimal amount of work possible with little
responsibility, this is not the job for you. If you are
looking for a job that is satisfying, adventurous,
challenging, fun, and located in one of the most
beautiful outdoor settings anywhere in the world, then this is the
job for you.
