Lodging Rental Terms

• Absolutely no pets or smoking.
• Check-in time is 4:00pm. Check-out time is 10:00am.
• Occupancy is limited to the maximum amount listed for each property. Children under 3 are not counted towards the maximum occupancy.
• House parties are prohibited. No excessive drinking of alcohol.
• Recreation vehicles (RV's), tent trailers and other camping equipment may not be used on or near the premises.
• A security deposit is required for the rental.  Any damage to the property will be assessed and collected. 
• Cancellation Policy: more than 1 week = 50% of rental, less than 1 week = 100% of rental
• Deposit: 50% of rental is due at time of reservation. The deposit is non-refundable.
• Violation of any of the terms will result in the termination of your stay and/or penalty fees.

Free Watercraft / Snowmobile / ATV Rental Terms

• Minimum 3 night stay to receive the coupon for the free rentals. The coupon can be used at any of our rental locations.
• You will receive a $200 coupon upon check-in, and is good during your stay. Coupon is non-transferrable to other parties.
• Coupon not available off season (Apr-May, Oct-Nov)
• Coupon cannot be combined with any other discounts or offers (i.e.. snowmobile 2 for 1 rentals)
• Coupon can be used any day except Saturdays and Holidays, which will receive a 25% discount up to coupon amount.
