Ideal Beach RV Park Detailed Info

• Check-in time is 1:00pm. Check-out time is 11:00am.
• Deposit: 50% of rental is due at time of reservation.
• Cancellation Policy: More than 21 days = 10% of deposit. Less than 21 days = 100% of deposit.
• Prices for sites are based on 4 people per site. Extra persons are $4/person/night with a maximum of 8 people per site. Children 3 and under are free.
• No shows: Your reservation will be held only until 9:00am the morning after your scheduled arrival. If you do not arrive as scheduled, you will lose your deposit and your spot..
• Quiet hours: 10:00pm to 8:00am
• Excessive drinking of alcoholic beverages is not allowed. If the management deems there is a problem due to alcohol, you will be evicted without warning.
• All RV and Tent sites have a picnic table and fire pit.
• Fires are allowed in our fire pits only. You can still use self-contained grills, gas stoves, etc. as long as it doesn't burn the grass.
• Pets are welcome, but must be kept on a leash (maximum six feet) and cleaned up after. They cannot be left unattended and must be kept from disturbing others with excessive noise, etc.
• Typical RV sites are 20' X 45'. An RV spot may have one RV and one tent, or two tents by themselves, with the exception of spots 8-14, in which no tents are allowed at all. There is a maximum of eight people per site regardless.
   
• Tent sites are in an open 200' X 200' grassy area, on a first-come, first-serve basis. Water is located nearby.
• Elecrical service is 120 volt, 50 amps with several types of electrical connectors available.
• No fireworks or firearms are allowe in the park.
• ATV’s, motorcycles, etc. may only be ridden 5 MPH directly to and from your site with the purpose of accessing other riding areas outside the RV Park.
• Each site will receive one beach pass valid during your stay. Any other guests will need to purchase additional beach passes.
• In consideration of other guests, no dish washing, laundry, or smoking is permitted in the restrooms.
• The restrooms facilities have two showers and two toilets each.
• The management assumes no responsibility for the actions or safety of guests and reserves the right to evict (without refund) anyone guilty of misconduct, drunkenness, or failure to abide by the above policies.
